Used this garage a few times now for my company van repairs. Always found them friendly, professional and efficient. Their diagnosis and repair has always been spot on and exceptional. They also keep you informed of any repair to be carried out and give you a cost before proceeding, especially if any further work is nessessary, along with a detailed receipt of the reported fault, their diagnosis, course of action, repairs carried out and all detailed costs of parts and labour. Would gladly recommend.
Friendly staff. This was the 4th garage i took my car too after being told several different things but never the same! These guys Identified the problem even had photos and description of what it was printed and ready for me collecting it. Thanks a bunch!

I was recommended R&P Woods when I moved to Newcastle in 2016 and have been using them for the past 9 years. The service was and remains exceptional, the workmanship faultless, and the advice/recommendations spot on. A “problem” claimed by my last garage in 2014 was identified in the first visit to R&P Woods and still hasn’t needed action almost a decade later, unlike how the other garage insisted. Quality and reliability have made a lifelong customer for them from me. What else would one want?
